About Our Products

What types of products do you offer?

We specialise in statement islamic calligraphy homeware, including premium giclée wall art of original Islamic calligraphy artworks and handmade statement pieces, such as hand-painted ceramic vases and other artisan-crafted décor items.

What is a giclée print?

A giclée print is a high-quality fine-art reproduction made using archival inks and professional inkjet printers. This method ensures exceptional color accuracy, sharp detail, and long-lasting vibrancy.

Are the artworks original?

Yes. All of our designs originate from our in-house artist. While handmade items like ceramics are individually crafted and painted, our wall art products (giclée prints and framed canvases) are time-limited reproductions of the originals. Ordering & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

Giclée prints are produced once your order has been placed and typically take up to 3 business days for printing and quality checks. Handmade items may have slightly different processing times but on average, they also take up to 3 business days to process. Personalised designs may take slightly longer. These processing times do not include shipping.

Can I request custom sizes or personalised calligraphy?

Absolutely! Most of our designs can be customised with a name of your choice. For bespoke artwork and commissions, reach us at sales@calliscribe.co.uk or through our Contact page for details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your print has not entered production, we can usually modify or cancel it. Other products, including handmade pieces, may also be eligible for cancellation if they have not been dispatched at the time of cancellation. Please reach out as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your delivery timeframes?

Once printed, your order will ship using our standard delivery partners. Delivery times vary by region but in the UK, the typical timeframes range from 3–5 business days. This can take up to 17 days for some international deliveries but in many regions, we are able to fulfil our products locally.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Will my items ship together?

Giclée prints and handmade items ship separately as they are fulfilled from different locations. You’ll receive tracking information for each parcel.

How is the artwork packaged?

Prints are securely rolled or flat-packed with protective materials to prevent damage. Ceramic and handmade items are carefully cushioned in branded boxes and biodegradable packaging chips to ensure safe delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 14 days of shipping. Because our prints are made to order, we only generally accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of shipping if you are able to send your item back to us in the original packaging and undamaged without any defects. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us with photos of the damage and packaging within 14 days of receiving your package. We will try to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Other Questions

Do you offer gift options?

Although we do not currently offer gift packaging, it is an offering we will have in the future. Our ceramic vases are packaged in our branded boxes so that you can pop them in a gift bag and give to your loved one.
